1. About the service

FinBalanz helps you understand your personal finances. Once a month, you record balances for your accounts, debts and obligations, and the service calculates net worth, trends and a forecast for the year ahead.

FinBalanz is not an app for recording every transaction, a bank, a broker or a financial adviser. The service does not connect to your bank accounts or carry out transactions with your money. You enter all data manually.

2. Account

You need an account to use the service. Sign-in is provided through Google. We do not store or request your password.

• You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and use the service yourself.
• The service is intended for people aged 18 or older.

3. Rules of use

When using FinBalanz, you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other people’s data or infrastructure;
• disrupt the service, create excessive load or interfere with its operation;
• use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

4. Your data

The financial data you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for its accuracy and keeping it up to date. We process this data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your data and account at any time by contacting us or through the service settings, where this option is available.

5. Disclaimer

FinBalanz is provided “as is”. The service helps you see an overview of your finances, but does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

You make all financial decisions independently and at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations based on the data and exchange rates you provide, or uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinBalanz is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may improve, change or discontinue individual features of the service. We may suspend or terminate access to an account if these terms are violated.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will endeavor to notify you of significant changes. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
